Fun & FAST Weekend

This last weekend was a ton of blast for us. We started the weekend by attending the Burrows Family Reunion in Spanish Fork. It was wonderful to see everyone since we don't usually get to. Once the reunion was over, Jason and I decided we would go and spend some time up in Park City. We spent most of our time at the Olympic Park, where there is a ton of memorabilia from the Olympics. I liked seeing it, but I know it meant so much more to Jason because he was up in Park City volunteering during the Olympics. We thought we should get our adrenaline going, so we rode the Alpine Slide. It was awesome and I forgot how much fun it is to basically go down a huge slide along the mountain side.

After that Jason thought we needed one more rush for the day, so we decided to go on the Olympic bobsled course. It was intense! I don't really know how to describe the feeling of going 70 mph down a steep slope in a metal casket, because there just isn't anything to compare to it. One second you are being pushed down the hill going at a comfortable pace, and then the next turn you are sideways screaming around the next turn where you feel like you are going to flip upside down any second. Imagine the scariest rollercoaster ride you've ever been on, and this goes way beyond that.
