Favorite Picture Friday: Feb. 5, 2010

This fall picture was actually taken out in Ireland. Jason and I were in the quaint village by the name of Kilkenny. We both fell in love with the area and how the scenery was beautiful and huge, but also how the shops and people made you feel warm and safe. We would go back to Kilkenny in a heartbeat. We were in Ireland during the fall time and were walking outside the Kilkenny castle and saw three trees with the different fall colors. We picked up three leaves and we got this picture:

Showered With Love

On the fourth day of Valentine's, my true love gave to me:
A shower of love (metaphorically)
There are certain things you can always count on in life. The sun will always rise, taxes will always come, and Jason will always get up and take a shower first thing before he does anything else. Knowing this piece of information, I stayed up late and blew balloons and hid them in the shower for Jason to find this morning.

You've Got Love Mail

On the second day of Valentine's, my true love gave to me:
A mailbox to hold all of my valentines.
Jason and I started this Valentine's tradition last year when we found these cute little mailboxes. We decorate them every year and then flip up the handle when we have left little notes or gifts for each other.

Jason left the room for a moment so I slipped him a quick chocolate with a note to him.

Remember Our First Kiss

I know this might sound kind of corny, but I have decided to do the 14 Days of Valentine's for Jason this year. He has been an incredibly generous and supportive husband, especially lately with school and the upcoming dreaded exam. He does the dishes, sends me cute emails, and I really don't know many husbands that would be willing to put their wives through school first and then wait for their turn to continue their education. Jason truly is a catch!

Day 1: On the first day of V-day, my true love gave to me...

After Jason and I had dated for about 3 months we met up in Provo to go out to dinner and then went to Bridal Veil Falls. We were sitting there looking at the falls and Jason leaned over and kissed me! That is how it all began! I decided to take a picture of Bridal Veil Falls and added a cute quote on it and gave it to Jason as a reminder of our first kiss.

**Funny Story- Jason told me this after we got married, but I guess one time after we had kissed I had complained about my lips being chapped. After that, Jason always gave me chapstick whenever we would go to a store or wherever. I thought it was very random but Jason said it was so I would never have an excuse to not kiss him. :)
